Open PH Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Should Know

We've written these Terms and Conditions in plain, straightforward language. No unnecessary legal jargon, no burying important stuff in paragraph seventeen. If you're going to play at Open PH, this is what you need to know.

We know reading terms and conditions isn't anyone's idea of a good time. But at Open PH, we've tried to make this as painless as possible by writing things the way we'd want them explained to us – clearly, honestly, and without the usual wall of legal text designed to confuse rather than inform.

By creating an account and using the Open PH platform, you're agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. That means the rules that follow apply to everything you do on the platform: how you play, how you deposit and withdraw, how bonuses work, and what Open PH can and can't do on our end.

If anything in these terms changes, Open PH will notify registered players through their registered email address or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Important: You must be at least 18 years old to register and play at Open PH. Creating an account if you are under 18 is a direct violation of these Terms and Conditions and Philippine law. Open PH takes this seriously and will close any account found to be operated by an underage player.

1 Eligibility

To register and use the Open PH platform, you must meet all of the following conditions:

  • You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • You are a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not prohibited by applicable law.
  • You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by Open PH or any affiliated gaming operator.
  • You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when opening an account.
  • You have not previously had an Open PH account that was suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Open PH reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be immediately closed, all pending bets voided, and any deposits will be returned minus any winnings generated from those bets.

2 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account at Open PH. Creating multiple accounts – whether under your own name, a family member's name, or a fictitious identity – is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being permanently closed and any balance forfeited.

When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid contact number or email address. Open PH may require you to verify this information at any point through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process before processing withdrawals or awarding bonuses.

KYC Verification

Open PH may ask for one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

  • A valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID)
  • Proof of billing address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)
  • Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or Maya account showing your registered name)

Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account restrictions until verification is completed.

3 Account Security

Your Open PH account is your responsibility. You must keep your login credentials – username, password, and any two-factor authentication details – confidential. Open PH will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify Open PH support immediately at support@openph.click. Open PH will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where the player has shared their credentials or failed to report a suspected breach promptly.

Tip: Use a strong, unique password for your Open PH account and enable two-factor authentication if available. Never share your login details with anyone – not friends, family, or anyone claiming to be Open PH staff.

4 Deposits

Open PH accepts deposits through the following payment methods available to Philippine players:

  • GCash
  • Maya (formerly PayMaya)
  • GrabPay
  • Coins.ph
  • BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking
  • InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
  • Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

The minimum deposit at Open PH is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your Open PH wallet immediately or within a few minutes depending on the payment channel. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact Open PH support with your transaction reference number.

You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Open PH does not accept deposits from third parties. Using a payment method registered under another person's name to fund your account is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

5 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal at Open PH is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. Open PH reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

Processing Times

  • GCash / Maya: Typically processed within a few hours during business hours
  • InstaPay: Same-day processing on banking days
  • PESONet: Up to one banking day
  • Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank): One to three banking days

Withdrawal requests made while a bonus wagering requirement is still active may be held until the requirement is fulfilled or the bonus is forfeited. Open PH will clearly communicate any hold on a withdrawal through your account dashboard or by email.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Open PH runs various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to Filipino events and holidays. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

  • Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. One bonus per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
  • Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion will be stated in the promotion's terms.
  • Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from the account along with any winnings derived from them.
  • Open PH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions.
  • Any attempt to abuse the bonus system – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting technical errors – will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.
Note: Always check the specific terms attached to each promotion before opting in. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits vary between offers at Open PH.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed at Open PH are final once confirmed by the system. Open PH does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except where specifically permitted by the rules of the relevant game or market.

For sports betting, Open PH follows standard market settlement rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed result and the official result from the relevant governing body, the official result will take precedence.

Open PH reserves the right to void bets where there is clear evidence of a pricing error or market manipulation. Players will be notified by email if their bets are voided, and the original stake will be returned to their account wallet.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, event, and player account level. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Open PH platform:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool to interact with the platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage
  • Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus offers
  • Money laundering or using the Open PH platform for any financial activity that violates Philippine law
  • Providing false information during registration or KYC verification
  • Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of welcome or promotional bonuses
  • Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited
  • Engaging in any conduct that Open PH reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the platform or other players

Open PH actively monitors for these activities. If prohibited behavior is detected, the account in question will be suspended pending investigation. Confirmed violations may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities.

9 Responsible Gaming

Open PH is committed to responsible gaming. We believe every player should enjoy the platform as entertainment, not as a way to generate income or escape financial stress.

The following tools are available to all Open PH players through their account settings:

  • Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit.
  • Loss limits: Restrict how much you can lose within a defined time period.

10 Account Closure

Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your Open PH account at any time by contacting support at support@openph.click. Before closure is processed, any remaining balance eligible for withdrawal will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to KYC requirements being met.

Open PH-Initiated Closure

Open PH reserves the right to close or suspend any account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of these Terms and Conditions
  • Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity
  • Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
  • Regulatory requirements that prevent Open PH from continuing to offer services to a particular player
  • Inactivity – accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee or closure, with prior notice

11 Limitation of Liability

Open PH provides its platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or free from technical interruptions. While we work hard to maintain uptime and fast performance, unforeseen events – server outages, maintenance windows, connectivity issues – can occur.

Open PH will not be liable for any loss of winnings or opportunity arising from platform downtime, delays, or technical errors beyond our reasonable control, provided that we take all reasonable steps to resolve such issues promptly.

In all cases, Open PH's total liability to any player in relation to their use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy

Open PH collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering at Open PH, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Open PH will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with payment processors, regulatory authorities, and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable Philippine law.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from a player's use of the Open PH platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14 Changes to These Terms

Open PH may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via their registered email address and display a prominent notice on the Open PH platform.

The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms and Conditions were last updated. If you continue to use Open PH after the effective date of any changes, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
